Meet the Team
Manager and Lead Surveyor
Gerard McQuillan BSc (Hons) MRICS
Gerard is a Chartered Building Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with over twenty years’ experience working within the profession, both in the private and commercial sectors.
Gerard’s experience ranges from residential surveys to the restoration of our historical buildings, working with private individuals, public and government projects, developers and other industry partners.
Office Administrator
Harriet Stevenson
Harriet is our office administrator with over nineteen years of experience within various customer service roles, and over two years of which are within the property sector.
Harriet’s role is to liaise with clients from the initial enquiry through to the survey finalising and ensuring that communication is provided efficiently along the way.
The Boss
Jacko
Coming from a harsh background, Jacko was rescued and now thrives at the forefront of the business, and he will be present at all surveys, keeping Gerard is check – even if it’s eating treats or sleeping in the van.
